At London Social Media, we strive to provide high-quality services and products to all of our clients and customers. Please read our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

Social Media Services (Non-Refundable)

All social media management services, including content creation, strategy, engagement, and subscription packages, are non-refundable once purchased.

As these are digital services delivered on a subscription basis, they are exempt from cancellation or refund under UK Consumer Contracts Regulations. When you purchase a service, you agree that work may begin immediately and waive your 14-day cooling-off period.

If you experience any issues with our service, please contact us and we’ll do our best to resolve it.

Physical Products (Refundable)

We offer a selection of physical items, including branded merchandise such as T-shirts and accessories.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the item is:

  • Unused and in its original condition

  • Returned in original packaging

To request a return, please email us with your order number and reason for return.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or damaged.
